A booklet with instructions and outlines for Mats Olsson, the bailiff at Nynäs estate.

Some twenty sections, e.g. on 'Om saköre hoss lamborn' (fol. 2r) and 'At icke Slakte thn unge boskap' (fol. 3r).

 Paper 4 folios 20 30 Text area varies. No foliation. 1 + 1 + I4 Two single folios, the first of which is bound to the bifolium following them. The second leaf is loose. The surviving folios are in good condition but the binding is coming apart and folios are possibly missing. Text in a single column, not ruled.

A clearly written booklet of instructions concerning the bailiff at Nynäs estate, Mats Olsson. A probable dating is 1549 (or 1550) since this is the year that Mats Olsson was appointed bailiff (A copy of a letter appointing Mats Olsson bailiff survives. See Stockholm, National Archives, Bielkesamlingen, 02 Adliga ätten Bielke, Nils Pedersson Bielke (†1550), Vol. 3: Godshandlingar 1546–1550 / E 1987, 6a, fol. 2), and because Nils Persson Bielke, mentioned in the heading, died in 1550. The booklet is a part of a large group of records from the mid-16th century pertaining to the estates of Nynäs, Vik, Kyllelä, and Lahis.

The financial records of Nynäs and related estates came to the Swedish Crown, and later the Swedish National Archives, when the possessions and archives of Hogenskild Bielke were confiscated following his execution in 1605 (see Introduction to these descriptions).
