          <history>
            <origin><p>The manuscript contains the accounts of <persName role="owner">Krister Klasson Horn</persName>’s estates from
              <origDate>1585</origDate> (and an inventory for 1586), written after Krister had received his part of an
                inheritance. The manuscript was written by an experienced scribe – likely one
                working for <persName role="owner">Krister Horn</persName>, and it was probably at some point one part of a larger
                collection. </p></origin>
            <acquisition>
              <p>It was possibly kept at the family estate in <placeName type="provenance">Åminne</placeName>, and may have been
                confiscated after Krister Horn was sentenced for acting against King <persName role="king">Karl IX</persName>, either
                in <date type="acquisition">1600</date> (first sentence) or <date type="acquisition">1605</date> (second sentence).</p>
              <p>The <orgName>National Libary of Sweden</orgName>’s three golden crowns are stamped on the front cover.
                Below them the title of the book ‘Chr. Claesson Horn, Jordebook 1585’, also in gold.
                Below that, the shelf-mark ‘I.h.29’ in ink. Shelf-mark found also on the inside
                front cover.</p><p>Old shelf-mark ‘Biograf. 30 H’ on fol. 1r.</p><p>Notes on the
                contents of the book on the second flyleaf at the front. Written in a hand of <date type="addition" from="1800" to="1899">saec.
